Terms of Service

1. The service

CalyPad provides booking, loyalty, and messaging tools for beauty service businesses and their customers. Businesses (tenants) manage appointments and customer records; customers book in the browser and may receive messages about their bookings and, where they opt in, loyalty offers.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Business accounts are scoped per business, and the same email used at a different business is a separate, isolated profile.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to send unsolicited messages.
• Businesses must obtain valid consent before sending marketing messages to their customers.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.

4. Messaging responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for complying with applicable messaging laws in the markets they operate in, including obtaining consent and honouring opt-out requests. CalyPad provides consent capture and opt-out handling to support compliance, but the business remains the sender of record for its customer messages. See our SMS Policy.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select. Plan tiers, prices, and limits are described on our pricing page. You can cancel or change your plan, with changes taking effect as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

CalyPad and its content are owned by Number Pii. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise.
